The property management package includes all the essentials for effectively running a short-let property. The fee is a percentage of the total revenue generated by your property, calculated after deducting platform fees.

For customers utilizing our short-let management service, we provide a discounted rate of £15 + VAT per hour for cleaning. For customers not utilizing our management service, the cleaning service is priced at £20 + VAT per hour.
